Wow, lots of space, 2 living/dining areas, massive rear lawn for the kids to play. Main house has 3 bedrooms sleeping 7, master has 1 queen bed with ranch slider opening onto sunny private deck, 2nd has 1 queen bed and one single 3rd has a double bed. Lots of decking for entertaining, BBQs, sunbathing etc.
Extra detached sleeping area - sleeps 7, can only be rented with house.
This is a great location to Williamson Park, the Surf Club or walk the beach into town.
Chattels include: Washing Machine, Dryer, TV, DVD, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, microwave, BBQ, Outdoor Furniture etc. The internet connectivity only applies to the area of the property not the property itself, internet or wireless is not provided with this rental, there are hotspots in several place in the town.
No pets no smokers
FYI:
Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking. There is a $118 (house & sleep out)agent's booking fee, a $160 compulsory cleaning fee and a security bond of $500 (for house) +$200 bond if taking extra outside accommodation, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.
Check in time for peak is 2pm and checkout time is 10am. Check in time for off peak is 10am, check out 2pm, this could be subject to change if another booking overlaps. (Late checkout rates can apply).
